Mismatched drill tail size, wrong electric drill torque or rough thread production. The screw cannot form stable engagement with metal panels.
◎Early rust & corrosion stains
Thin electroplating without anti-corrosion treatment. For humid coastal areas, mechanical galvanizing or Ruspert coating is strongly recommended.
